Leech joins the business following a long and successful career in the hospitality and leisure sectors, most recently as a manager at the Hilton at St George’s Park, the Staffordshire-based home of the Football Association’s England training academy.
Her role at Coachworks will include further developing the business’ growing portfolio of car retailer and car manufacturer clients.
“Having spent many years in the hospitality and leisure industries I am looking forward to putting my client liaison skills to use in the automotive sector.
“I’m delighted to be joining the team and relish the challenge of developing business opportunities by showing new clients how Coachworks Consulting can improve their processes and profitability.”
Speaking about the appointment, Coachworks Consulting’s managing director Karl Davis said: “I’m delighted to welcome Sarah Leech to the team as our new business development manager. As someone with management experience in the hospitality and leisure sectors she will bring a fresh perspective to how we talk to clients about delivering outstanding retailing experiences.
“With Sarah on board and the recent promotion of Martin Riddell to account director, Coachworks Consulting is now ideally positioned to achieve the ambitious growth targets we have set ourselves.”
